Sol started with Altisource as a Business Process Engineer supporting Product and Operations. Sol played a critical role in optimizing efficiencies across Field Services by creating process structure, coaching, and improving quality. As the Sr. Director of US Operations for Altisource, Sol leads the Field Services Center of Excellence in El Paso, Texas and is responsible for mobilizing the organization to achieve and exceed client expectations. In addition, Sol is a fierce advocate of Diversity and Equality and believes that engaging people’s unique experiences, background, and skill sets fosters a culture of Inclusion. Sol helped establish and grow Business Resource Groups focused on D&I at Altisource and previous organizations across different industries.
